The Steps from Booking to Parking
On the day you use car parking
- Upon completion of your reservation, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to the given address. If you do not find the e-mail in your inbox, please check your junk mail folder or spam folder. If you still don’t receive an email, please contact us.
- Please present the QR code which can be confirmed from your reservation confirmation email at the parking on your arrival date. We are afraid but we are not able to accept your car parking if you do not present the reservation confirmation e-mail.
About Parking
During the festival period (30th January – 6th February 2027), car parking after 4:00 pm requires prior reservation.
*Regarding the time to enter the parking lot, you can park after 4:00 pm. Please note additional JPY500/standard-sized car will be charged if you arrive before 3:00 pm.
[For travel agencies]
There is a limit on the number of buses that can be reserved per travel agency per day.
Maximum: 2 buses per travel agency per day
