The Steps from Booking to Parking
On the day you use car parking
- Upon completion of your reservation, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to the given address. If you do not find the e-mail in your inbox, please check your junk mail folder or spam folder. If you still don’t receive an email, please contact us.
- Please present the QR code which can be confirmed from your reservation confirmation email at the parking on your arrival date. We are afraid but we are not able to accept your car parking if you do not present the reservation confirmation e-mail.
About Parking
During the festiavl period (25th January – 1st February 2025), car parking after 4:00pm requires prior reservation.
[For travel agencies] From 2025, there are a limit on the number of tour bus parking reservations per company.
・29th January 2025 (Wednesday, Fireworks date): Up to 2 tour buses per company
・Other dates: Up to 3 tour buses per company per day
Parking fee is as follow which includes cooperation fees for the event:
