*Please refrain from parking on the road sides to avoid traffic jam and/or causing inconveniences to local residents.
Please also consider using one day excursion bus organized by Keihan Kyoto Kotsu or other companies.
Car Parking Fee during the festival period
During the festiavl period, car parking after 4:00pm requires prior reservation. Parking fee is as follow which includes cooperation fees for the event.

Winter tires are required for safety on those snowy and/or icy roads.

- Please be noted the last bus leaves Kita bus stop (the Thatched Village) in early evening (18:25 on weekdays). If you wish to enjoy the festival after dark, please consider to use other means of transportation.
